Shipping Rates

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While all orders are covered by standard shipping insurance, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS has marked the package as delivered. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact USPS directly to initiate a claim.
