Terms and Conditions
Due to the nature of the products we offer for sale on this site, we may ask for additional ID verification before fully processing your order in an effort to protect Ocean City Jewelers and our customers from fraud. These additional forms of identification may include:
- A clear photo of the front and back of a government-issued ID.
- A photo of the purchaser’s face with a government-issued ID displayed in the photo.
- A copy of a utility bill with the purchaser’s name and address that matches the shipping address provided.
- A photo of the front and back of the credit card used for purchase with only the last four digits displayed.
All shipments will require a signature upon delivery. For items with values over $5,000, they will be shipped via USPS registered mail.

Personal Check
We accept personal checks for payment under the following conditions:
- Your product will be shipped after a 5-day hold from the date of deposit to ensure the check clears.
- There will be a $25 fee for any returned checks due to insufficient funds or other reasons.
Credit Card
We accept credit card payments for all transactions, except bullion/precious metals. You can use the online checkout or call the store at 609-398-4238 option 3.
Note: Your product will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment.
